The
Flint River Ranch Marketing Plan
The following is a
brief outline of the Flint River Ranch Marketing Plan. It includes
important terms, requirements and the compensation plan. Please
Note: Each distributor is subject to the terms, policies and
procedures outlined in the Flint River Ranch Distributor Manual.
TERMS DEFINED
ASSOCIATE – An Individual completing a Flint River Ranch
Independent Contract Application/Information form. There is no
investment required to enroll and to obtain a FRR computer reference
number.
DISTRIBUTOR – An Associate that purchases and/or markets
Flint River Ranch products and develops a retail customer business
to earn commission income.
SENIOR DISTRIBUTOR – A Distributor that develops a business to
earn a commission income from individual purchases and retail
customer sales – and is eligible to earn bonus income by sponsoring,
training and supporting other Distributors.
PERSONAL VOLUME (PV) – PV is assigned to retail product sales
volume. PV can be generated from Direct Customer Sales and/or
personal purchases. PV is determined monthly and is not
transferable.
MARKETING MATERIALS AND PRODUCT SAMPLES - A new distributor may
be able to obtain FRR Literature, Materials and product samples from
their Sponsor, or they may order direct from Flint River Ranch.
CUSTOMER PRODUCT ORDERS - To correctly register a customer or a
distributor’s account, the customer’s first order should be written
and mailed or faxed by the sponsoring Distributor. The customer’s
first order can also be placed on line using the sponsoring
Distributor’s I.D. number. Thereafter, the customer can order
directly. All orders must be paid in full at the time of order using
a check, debit or credit card. Orders are not processed on open
account.
COMMISSION INCOME – A 19% commission is paid to qualified
Distributors and Senior Distributors on their individual and
personal customer sales.
COMMISSION ELIGIBILITY - Personal Volume of 100 PV, generated
monthly, from individual and personal customer sales, is required
for a Distributor or Senior distributor to qualify for commission
income on sales generated during that month. PV volume does not
accumulate from one month to another.
BONUS ELIGIBILITY – Senior Distributors are also eligible for
monthly bonus income if they qualify with 100 PV from individual and
personal customer sales, during the same month. A Group is Bonus
Qualified if one of the Distributors within the Group downline
qualifies with 100 PV eligibility. Bonus eligibility is determined
monthly and is not accumulated from one month to another. PV’s are
not transferable within groups.
BONUS INCOME – based on downline level, is paid to qualified
Senior Distributors on the individual purchases and personal sales
of their downline distributors and customers.
HOW THE LEVEL OF BONUS INCOME IS DETERMINED – When a Senior
Distributor directly sponsors a new Distributor – the network formed
with and under the new Distributor is considered the Senior
Distributor’s sponsored Group. The number of monthly qualified
Senior Distributor’s separate Groups equals the number of levels
down bonus income is paid. For example, if a Senior Distributor has
3 qualified Groups during the month, he or she is eligible for bonus
income down to 3 levels.
SHIPMENT SIZE – There is no minimum PV order required for
customer or Distributor shipments. Senior distributors are highly
encouraged to order 100 PV’s per order. Product orders less than 100
PV may have a handling charge.
WHEN YOU GET PAID – Accounting cut off is the last day of the
month. Checks are mailed on the 15th of the following month
PRO FORMA INCOME – A distributor’s income depends on personal
and customer purchases and earns 19% times the total PV Volume
generated. If a Distributor purchases 20 lbs of Canine Food (20 PV
Units) and has 10 customers that also purchase 20 lbs of Canine Food
– a total of 220 PV’s, commission is calculated as follows:
Distributor
Purchase (1 X 19% X 20 PV) = $3.80
Customer Purchases (10 X 19% X 20 PV) = $38.00
TOTAL DISTRIBUTOR INCOME = $41.80

HOW MUCH MONEY
CAN I MAKE?
How much money you make will depend on your energy level, your time
available, the ability to share information with others, the
marketing of products, and the recruiting and sponsoring new
Associates and Distributor Groups. Each Associate and potential
Distributor should make his or her own determinations as to
potential income.
